Routing Terms & Conditions - January 26th, 2014
IF YOU WISH TO USE THE ROUTING SYSTEM ON OUR SITE, YOU MUST AGREE TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (WHICH ARE IN ADDITION TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THE TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT, AND WHICH MAY BE AMENDED BY US AT ANY TIME OR FROM TIME TO TIME WITHOUT SPECIFIC NOTICE TO YOU. THE LATEST ROUTING SYSTEM TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL BE POSTED ON THE SITE (AND APPROPRIATELY DATE-STAMPED), AND YOU SHOULD PERIODICALLY REVIEW ANY AMENDMENTS TO THESE ROUTING SYSTME TERMS AND CONDITIONS. REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT YOU REVIEW ANY AMENDED ROUTING SYSTEM TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU WILL BE BOUND BY THE MOST RECENT ROUTING SYSTEM TERMS AND CONDITIONS):
- you must not use the Routing System for the purposes of any automated vehicle control system, nor for any driver-assisted navigation system that presents individual turning maneuvers to end users synchronized with the end user’s position more precisely than one (1) mile or one (1) minute. You understand that the Routing System is not designed for such purposes and that its failure in such cases could lead to death, personal injury, or severe property or environmental damage for which TruckDown Info International, Inc. is not responsible;
- you must not use the Routing System in a manner that exceeds reasonable request volume or constitutes inefficient, excessive or abusive usage; and
- you must not extract and publish, or allow other Users to extract and publish, any of the data provided by the Routing System to any party other than a Government reporting authority or to your User account's assigned company.
